What do you do when it's past business hours and you need help with your Heritage account? Log in to online banking and send us a safe and secure message!

Here's how it works:

  1. Choose Secure Messaging in the main menu
  2. Tap the Pencil icon to begin
  3. Select the subject of your inquiry (such as mobile or online banking, lending/mortgage, credit card/debit card or general question), then type your message and attach any relevant documentation
  4. Click Send

A Call Center representative will contact you soon to get you the answer you need.
