We're taking steps to enhance our online and mobile banking security.
For extra protection, we're adding identity verification to online and mobile banking later this spring. Here's how it works:
The first time you log in to online banking after the update, and when you log in on any new device (computer, mobile device or tablet), select and submit a phone number associated with your account along with your preferred method of contact (phone call or text message).
Next, you'll immediately receive a call or text with a 5 digit authentication code. Enter that 5 digit code then click or tap submit.
That's it! You're then free to enjoy Heritage's online or mobile banking.
