Heritage Credit Union announces the addition of three new members to its Board of Directors. Gregory A. Cullen of De Forest, WI, and Gregory A. Rice of Stoughton, WI, were seated in April. Brooke B. Frey of Arlington, WI, was seated in May as an Associate Director, a newly-created position on the Heritage Board.
Cullen recently retired from his position as State Command Chief at the Wisconsin Air National Guard Headquarters in Madison, WI, after serving the Air National Guard for more than 27 years. His previous service includes positions at Volk Field in Camp Douglas, WI, and Scott AFB in Belleville, IL. His strong leadership and personnel management experience have earned him numerous invitations as an event keynote speaker. Cullen holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Viterbo College, earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Lakeland College in Sheboygan, WI, and has associates degrees in aviation from the Community College of the Air Force.
Rice is currently the CEO/Managing Partner for Executive Management, Inc., a real estate management firm in Madison, WI. A 30-year veteran of the company, he now directs development, acquisitions, partnership management and the financing or restructuring of debt. Rice has extensive business and real estate experience, and is a managing partner in several additional companies.
Frey is currently a Senior Business Operations Specialist‐Ambulatory Operations at UW Health –University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics. A Certified Treasury Professional, she has more than 7 years of experience in financially focused roles at financial institutions and healthcare organizations. Frey earned a Masters of Business Administration degree with emphasis in Health Services Administration from the University of South Dakota, and also holds Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in both Finance and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
