Insert, don’t swipe. And get used to it! Chip cards are only increasing in popularity. But why switch to the chip?

Chip cards are embedded with a microchip as well as the original magnetic strip. In essence, the chip encrypts user’s information which raises security as you make everyday transactions at registers or ATMs that are chip-enabled. Besides offering better security, chip cards introduce a completely new transaction process that may feel strange to new users.
