Resource Center Manager – Madison, WI (Corporate)

Heritage Credit Union has an immediate opening for a leadership position in our Corporate Resource Center.  This position provides leads our Resource Center team in providing support to members and branch staff with information on  Heritage Credit Union products and processes and assisting with problem resolution.  This key role is not only responsible for the daily operations of the Resource Center, but also maintains card servicing and participates in planning for new products and services.

Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years working in a financial institution with proven project management experience, understanding of back office operations including knowledge of debit and credit card servicing.
