Heritage’s Mobile Banking is available for any phone that has text or an internet browser.  All members with home banking can begin using it right away. Transactions happen immediately – just like home banking.   We have 4 great options.

Text Banking

The fastest way to your account information
Get instant access to balances, transfer funds, or check your history without having to log in.  Simply text Heritage at 90703 with a short message code and we will text you your account info.

To start:
1. Logon to Heritage Home Banking
2. Register your phone by clicking on Text banking
3. Enter the activation code that is sent to your phone
4. Start texting HCU at 90703

Here are some frequently used transactions
HCU BAL S70 – Balance on your checking, savings or loan
HCU TRAN S00 S70 200 – Transfer $200 from savings to checking
HCU COM – Get a list of all command functions available

WAP

Our web app can be used on any phone with an internet browser
If you have internet access on your phone but it is not an iPhone or Android model, check out this app that lets you view your account balances, search histories, view cleared checks, transfer funds or search for the nearest ATM or branch.

To start:
1. Open a web browser
2. Enter https://m-heritagecu.onlineaccounts.org/wap/
3. Use your home banking account number and password to start banking with your phone

iPhone App

For any iPhone or iPod Touch or iPad
HCU’s personal Apple app lets you view account balances, search histories, view cleared checks, transfer funds or search for the nearest ATM or branch.   

To start:
1. Point your browser to iTunes
2. Search for Heritage Credit Union
3. Follow the simple instructions to download the Heritage app
4. Start banking with your phone by using your home banking account number and passowrd to login.

 

Android App

For any Android model
HCU’s personal Droid app lets you view account balances, search histories, view cleared checks, transfer funds or search for the nearest ATM or branch. Uses operating system of 1.6 or higher.

To start:
1. Touch the Apps tab from the home screen
2. Touch Market
3. Touch the Apps tab
4. Search for Heritage Credit Union
5. Download the app & start banking with your phone by using your home banking account number and password to login
