Heritage Credit Union's 24-Hour Phone Teller allows you to access your accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Simply call our toll-free telephone number and the 24-Hour Phone Teller will guide you through each transaction.

Quick Guide of Menu Options

1. Account Information

• Check balances and rates on all your credit union accounts and loans
• Verify transaction history on your accounts
• Hear future dated transactions/funds on hold
• Verify what checks have cleared your account

2. Account Management

• Use card services to activate your debit card
• Change your PIN for the 24-Hour Teller system

3. Funds Transfer

• Immediately transfer funds from within your account; savings, checking, loan payment, etc.
• Schedule one-time or periodic transfers
• Add or delete transfers
• Hear a list of your scheduled transfers

4. Interest Rates

• Hear our latest CD special rates

5. Stop Payment

• Place a temporary stop payment by check number or by a series of check numbers
• Listen to existing stop payments

6. Share or Loan Withdrawal

• Request a check withdrawal from your savings or obtain a loan advance from a line-of-credit loan to be mailed to your home address (Checks requested after 3:30 p.m. will be mailed the following business day)

What you'll need to get started:

1. Your Heritage Credit Union Account Number
   
2. Your Personal Identification Number (PIN).

• If you already have a PIN, you are automatically set up on the 24-Hour Teller system.
• If you have a PIN, but you do not remember it, call your local branch for assistance.
• If you do NOT have a PIN, simply call the 24-Hour Teller and the system will help you select a PIN.
